Reservation Policy/Waiting list:
To be in line for a puppy, you have one of two options. The first
option is to send in a $200.00 deposit to be on our deposit list. All deposits will be applied towards the purchase price
of the puppy. Your spot in line is ONLY definite if you have a deposit. Discussing a puppy does not mean that puppy is held
for you, unless you have sent in a deposit, and it is your turn in the picking order. To help ensure serious inquiries only,
and not encourage impulse buying, the deposit is non-refundable. Make sure you are ready to accept the responsibility of a
puppy as deposits are non-refundable, under any circumstances.
The second option is, that if you do not wish to leave
a deposit, we will put your name on a waiting list for your choice of color/sex. It works the same way as the deposits in
that it is a first come, first served system. With the waiting lists, however, please remember that those who have sent in
deposits will always have first choices, no matter what. When a new litter arrives, we will contact you via email with a birth
announcement, which includes the number of pups in the litter, sex/color of each puppy, photos of the litter, and the picking
order list. The picking order list is determined by the order in which the reservation deposits are received, and then by
the order in which the no deposit waiting list has been compiled. Deposits are good for one year and can be transferred to
future litters by request !!
Payments:
Bank/Postal money orders, or cash, if in person are accepted. Personal
cheques will be accepted, but there is a 2 week waiting period to ensure the cheque clears before the pup is released. Puppies
are not allowed to leave Skyline Bostons until the full balance is paid, and/or cleared.
Shipping:
We will
ship anywhere in Canada, if you are unable to come to us. The shipping fee includes a medium sized kennel, the airfare, and
a certificate of health from a licensed Vet stating the puppy is "healthy for flight". Once the balance, and the shipping
fees are paid, we will make all the necessary arrangements to have your puppy sent to your nearest major airport via West
Jet. Flight bookings can not be made until final payment has been received and/or cleared.
We will not let a
puppy leave our care before it reaches 8 weeks old. No exceptions.
