with your deposit. A copy of this contract will be sent with your puppy, when he/she goes to it's new home. Thanks!
All puppies will be examined by a licensed veterinarian, given their first
shots, and deworming prior to delivery or pick up. All puppies sold will be honestly represented, and health evaluated as
accurately as possible.
The buyer should have the puppy thoroughly examined by their licensed veterinarian, failure
to produce evidence of this examination, should the need arise, will result in Skyline Bostons guarantee becoming null, and
void.
The buyer must have their puppy spayed, or neutered by age 7 months, as Skyline Bostons does not sell puppies
for breeding purposes. Lack of veterinary evidence of this procedure will result in Skyline Bostons guarantee becoming null,
and void, and possible relinquishment of your puppy back to Skyline Bostons.
The buyer, will provide Skyline Bostons,
veterinarian
documentation as proof that this aforementioned puppy has
been spayed/neutered.
If the buyer
allows this Boston Terrier to become pregnant, the buyer will then relinquish ownership, and the mentioned puppy, back to
Skyline Bostons. After having the puppies, Skyline Bostons will then have this Boston spay/neutered and found a good home.
If buyer's veterinarian finds cause for return, such as birth defect, or any other incurable illness, Skyline Bostons
must be notified immediately.
If within 72 hours from the time the buyer takes possession of the puppy, it is found
by a licensed veterinarian not to be in good health, Skyline Bostons will decide either to issue a refund or replace the puppy.
The buyer is responsible for any shipping fees and/ or crate fees needed to deliver the puppy safely back to Skyline
Bostons before the replacement, or refund will be shipped.
Should the puppy be diagnosed within one year of any congenital
/ hereditary disorder which is considered by two unassociated veterinarians, to seriously impact the quality of life, short
of euthanasia, or require continuous medical treatment throughout the course of the puppy's life, Skyline Bostons will, upon
provision of veterinary reports from both unassociated licensed veterinarians, provide the buyer with one of the following
options:
1. Should the buyer choose to keep the puppy, and accept partial refund, Skyline Bostons will, upon receipt
of the above mentioned 2 vet reports, and proof of spay or neuter procedure, refund 50% of the purchase price.
OR
2. Should the buyer choose to relinquish ownership of the puppy Skyline Bostons, then Skyline Bostons will, upon receipt
of above mentioned 2 vet reports, and proof of spay/neuter procedure, replace the puppy or refund the purchase price, less
any shipping or miscellaneous charges involved in transporting of both puppies to/from Skyline Bostons.
Veterinarian
expenses incurred by the buyer, for any reason, will not be Skyline Bostons responsibility.
Full grown size/color
suggested for the Boston puppies is an estimate only.
Accidental death of puppies, once in buyer's possession, is
not Skyline Bostons responsibility.
In cases of shipping, once the puppy is given to airline for shipping, any matters
concerning transport are not the responsibility of Skyline Bostons.
Any buyer of a puppy, or adult Boston Terrier
from Skyline Bostons, will never sell their puppy, or adult Boston Terrier to any other person(s), or breeder for purposes
of breeding. Doing so, will lead to legal issues.
The buyer understands that these puppies are not being represented
as CKC eligible. The UKC is an American registry club that is not recognized by the Canadian Kennel Club, and therefore will
not be eligible for CKC registration.
The buyer will not receive UKC registration for their puppy until proof of Spay/Neuter procedure has been received by
Skyline Bostons.
SKYLINE BOSTONS CONTRACT
This is a legal document between the buyer and seller, regarding the issues laid out in the guarantee.
Puppies will not be released into new owners care until this contract is completed, and signed by both the buyer and seller.
